Over 400 stones are micro-pavé set into this eye-popping 18K white gold creation, "iced" with 3+ carats of VS/G diamonds (also available in pink sapphires with white diamond "icing"). This labor-intensive piece is built with architectural detail: a comfort-fit shank lends balance and minimal turning on the hand, with two dainty hearts carved into the shank base, and four additional hearts in the undergallery.
